"Staff were very polite, however I was unaware we booked a hotel right next to a interstate and truck stop so it was very noisy. They provided ear plugs but...The breakfast was good. However, the carpet and flooring were filthy - when I got in the shower the shower floor was dark from the dirt on my feet. That is one thing that really puts me off about any hotel. "

"This was our 2nd time to stay at a Tru by Hilton hotel as we were so impressed with our first stay at Tru and it did not disappoint! This place is a great location and only about 10 minutes from Beale Street in downtown Memphis. We were greeted with such a warm welcome as we checked in. Our room was great and after we got a little settled in we asked the gal at the front desk for recommendations for dinner. We took her suggestion and hit a great bbq restaurant just a little off the beaten path and it was an amazing place with great atmosphere and great food. In the morning we enjoyed their free breakfast with plenty of options and we had a fun conversation with Shawna the General Manager. She definitely wanted to make sure that we enjoyed our stay and even helped us find another great place to stay as we traveled north. She was really a delight and couldn’t have been any nicer! We were certainly impressed with her and her staff and facility. Highly recommend! Five stars plus for sure! "
