"We reported the room had bed bugs. The response from the desk clerk and supervisor was dismissive. The breakfast pancake maker has been down for over 6 months. I stayed 3 nights and was charged 4 nights. No one showed any compassion for my legitimate complaint. Overall, the experience was horrible. The Holiday Express needs severe up training in accounting, customer service, and cleaning protocols."

"I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly welcoming I received at stay at the casino. The registration was a great experience. I was assigned a room on floor 21 with a great view. The room was very large with all the amenities one could wish for. I received a free buffet and slot play when i signed up for a players card, plus a free drink coupon. The staff in the buffet were very attentive and friendly. I only played the slots but came out ahead. Overall a very positive experience. "

"It's literally right off the freeway, so if your not used to loud noises/cars at night I suggest book elsewhere. If you have never stayed in a motel or any place where you open the front door of a bedroom the first thing you see is black parking lot concrete instead of a hallway with other doors of other rooms... I suggest book elsewhere. If you don't have preference for smoking vs non-smoking room, you will automatically get put in a smoking room... I didn't have a preference :( not to complain, but I underestimated the stench from a room that would have been consistently smoked out. Ummm...to tell the truth I didn't stay the entire night here."
