"Much more in terms of activity and amenities than I expected. Our plan was hiking and local dining so we didn’t do much on the resort. Never figured out where the laundry was but I wish it was in the room"

"I booked an accessible room, but when I arrived, it was not available because it hadn’t been cleaned. I asked to have it cleaned, but there was no available staff to clean it, and there was no manager on site at the time I arrived.
