"Nice touch with the english tea and cake. Our accommodation was very clean. Compared with many hotels we have stayed at on this two week adventure, the breakfast buffet was outstanding. The waitstaff gentleman was very friendly and kept the place very clean.
We highly recommend this hotel."

"The staff was great and helpful. The rooms/hotel were clean. The food was reasonable priced and was good. I ate in the speakeasy for dinner and the Circa 31 for breakfast. The only thing that may have been better is no fridge in the room. Also it would have been nice to have streaming on the tv. But being a historic hotel, I get it. Overall, our experience was great!"

"Place was downright dirty filthy and disgusting. there was a disgusting odor prominent throughout the entire property inside and out. Bed linens were dirty on both sides and had debris. Bugs visible.
Ceilings were flaking in the room
Tried to voice concerns the front desk they argued and acted like it was our fault for expecting the bare minimum
Horrible customer service horrible staff.
After 5 1/2 hour drive was looking for a nice place to rest and unwind, was there for less than two hours...

"Nice design, but no room microwave or coffee machine which is not typical. No good options for breakfast if you have allergies. Poor soundproofing. Plastic glasses wrapped in plastic double plastic waste and make it hard for folks with arthritis."

"Overall, it was a decent stay. The room was clean, and everything was fine. For the price, though, I expected more than a grab-and-go breakfast. If a quick breakfast is all you need, it will work, but we was hoping for a few more options.
There isn’t a covered pull-in or canopy at the entrance, so since it was raining, we had to wait before unloading our luggage."
