I didn’t like that the bellboy never give us the right information, we ask for a 24 hours massage, and twice we gave home the name but he sent us to a location that he is working with I guess, but other than that everything was excellent

Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen
Room was nice good view and spacious but very damp all the towels felt cold, damp and wet. Breakfast selection was small and food mostly cold and u appetizing and the club room was unimpressed and not worth the money. Gym was relocated due to renovation and not very practical.
