"I booked Grosvenor House for a long weekend with my family (Wife, mother, child of 2 years). The check in details were simple and we used a temporary parking bay at the front to off load. I moved my car to the nearby Dreamland carpark which was less than £15 for 24hours. The accommodation was perfect. Good size bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and lounge/dining room. "Winterstoke is a HUGE house with 4 massive double bedrooms and a large twin room. This does not feel like a holiday rental, it feels like a home. I have never stayed in a property that is so well appointed, every detail is covered. The quality of the house is really fantastic and incredibly comfortable. "Mold has taken over the cottage and now everything we took on the trip smells like mildew. I may have to buy replacement suitcases. My cpap machine filter turned black from 4 nights use in that place. I can only imagine what is in my lungs from breathing the air during my stay. "We couldn't have had a more ideal accommodation for our stay with 2 teenage sons. The parking space was invaluable, as parking is an issue in Rye. EV charging at the back of the building opposite. Not the most scenic of settings, but safe and quiet and a few minutes' walk to everything in Rye. Super well equipped kitchen. Family seating in the lounge and very comfy beds.
