"The front staff gave us the wrong hours for the breakfast so that was disappointing. We missed it. The bathroom, grout and the shower needs to be cleaned. There was no water in the room however I would like to pay Sandra a huge compliment because she was in the kitchen cleaning up from after the breakfast and yet she still let us get some stuff and she’s very friendly very cordial. She’s a staff member. I definitely recommend to keep on hand the ladies at the front desk, not so much I asked if I could charge five dollars on my credit card so that I could use a vending machines and they refused and then this day that’s ridiculous"
