"The breakfast was good but we got
There at 9:15 am and
Most everything was gone. A gentleman refilled the eggs and biscuits about 9:35. It was good. I would suggest providing a breakfast meat also."
"I noticed that the walls are super thin and you are able to hear absolutely everything in the hallway and next door. However, the rooms were extremely large and spacious, the staff was great, and the breakfast wasn't the worst I have had. One complaint from my kids was that the pool was awful cold."
"We did not even stay and the hotel has refused to refund the money.
There was a disagreement over what "pet friendly" meant and instead of working with us the manager became rude and hostile with a man because he didn’t have his hearing aids in and did not understand what was being said. The manager was so rude that his desk clerk was almost in tears and kept apologizing for the treatment. The traveler was a man who just retired from 21 years in the Army and was traveling to get home to his family across the US. He wears those hearing aids thanks to his tours in Iraq. He deserved at the the respect of being treated decently.
HE WENT ACROSS THE STREET TO THE DAY'S INN AND BOTH HE, AND THE PETS, WERE WELCOMED. "
"I was put on "finger hold" as my greeting at the front desk. As I asked for gluten free options for my daughter, I was told everything was gluten free which it was not. When I asked about parking, I was told to use the airport parking and just pay for it. Mattress was not as comfortable as others had said in other reviews. Upon checkout, I asked for a receipt and was told no and it would be emailed to me later. The only advantage to this hotel is it is the only one directly attached to the airport and made it easy for my daughter and I to catch our early flight. We had to attempt to find something gluten free for her to eat at the airport which was an absolute challenge. Sorry, but will stay up the road and deal with the hassles next trip."
