"I was put on "finger hold" as my greeting at the front desk. As I asked for gluten free options for my daughter, I was told everything was gluten free which it was not. When I asked about parking, I was told to use the airport parking and just pay for it. Mattress was not as comfortable as others had said in other reviews. "I noticed that the walls are super thin and you are able to hear absolutely everything in the hallway and next door. However, the rooms were extremely large and spacious, the staff was great, and the breakfast wasn't the worst I have had. One complaint from my kids was that the pool was awful cold."

"Horrible hotel stay. Super ran down. Breakfast options were little… yogurt and fruit. Fruit was brown! Also, after I checked out, they charged my debit card for who knows what. I’ve called numerous times only to be told that the manager is not in and will return my call on Friday. Which was supposed to be 2 weeks ago. Still waiting. Needless to say, staff were not helpful with the issue."

"There was no one at this hotel. Not one car, not even staff! I called the number on the counter and was told the jet was in the drawer behind the desk. The plastic key didn’t work but there was a master key so when my room was cold , it was -2 outside and the heater didn’t work I searched for a warm room to sleep in after 5 rooms I found one. The bed and sheets were clean and I slept fine but wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. I am surprised that this is listed on Expedia!"
