"The staff was very nice and helped with problems. We had no coffee cups in our room. Also no tissues and soap. The soap holder in the shower stall was upside down empty. Also the reception for the TV was very bad."

"We had a spacious King room with sofa; balcony Lake view. It was comfortable and clean. They had a mini fridge and every morning each floor from 7am-11am had free coffee/tea by the elevators. If you miss that time frame you could go to the restaurant and ask for some for free. It was a wonderful, relaxing stay with excellent staff and a great view. Would definitely stay again."
