"We were greeted by Daniel at the front desk. He was extremely friendly, informative and accommodating. He made us feel at home as soon as we walked in. He and Katelyn checked in with us via text daily, to be sure our stay was perfect. Valet was on point with car, and gave us great tips and ideas as we were coming and going. Hotel grounds were clean, staff was so friendly. Our room was a nice size, very clean and updated, with amazing views of the Gulf. Restaurants and shopping all next door. Pool was cold but very nice, hot tub was crowded most of the time, beach was beautiful, water was cold but crystal clear. Breakfast was solid. Omelette and avocado toast station. Bacon sausage eggs and pancakes/french toast. Make your own waffles were so good. Wait staff were all friendly and helpful. All in all it was the perfect stay for our 4 day getaway. We will be back. "The room wasn't that great,, it felt like there was sand everywhere on the floor, it didnt look like the had swept it or moped it in a lomg time The bottom of my grandson feet were black. Staff were so nice. We could never get the tv in the rrom where the beds were to work. They wi-fi was slow, buffered alot. ."

"Pros: The views were beautiful and the staff was very friendly! And my room was very clean. Cons: I was on the third floor, and you only got a private balcony on the fourth floor on up. And could hear doors slamming from neighboring rooms constantly"

"Room was clean for the most part. Our sheets were kinda gritty tho like leftover sand or something. The people in the front desk placed my cousin in a unfinished room as well..but he got moved thanks to maintenance/housekeeping man standing on business! "

"It took the tub water 5 minutes to get hot, the heater in the room worked when it wanted to, we had no wifi service in our 3rd floor room, the heater in the pool was not working or maybe not turned on, this place used to be my go to spot for a majority of my visits to PC, but I will not be back to this establishment. My children were very disappointed also."

"Our stay was amazing! The room was clean and the staff was the best, specifically Austin. He was fast , efficient, very helpful, and extremely accommodating. I had a slight issue with check in and he offered many options . I appreciate that so much. The pool and hot tub were so relaxing even with kids being there.The view from the lobby is incredible and my family and I cannot wait to come back."
