"You cannot call yourself a 4 star hotel if you dont provide guests with air conditioning in the summer. Fans do not help. Its unpleasant to wake up in a pool of sweat. We were promised a particular room and we're given the wrong one. They gave our room to someone else. We were promised a box of chocolates ..."
