"This hotel is a 5 min walk to Shiomi Station which made getting around very convenient. The attached Lawson was our family’s favorite. Hotel was clean. Amenities were great. Staff were friendly. Highly recommend if planning a trip to Tokyo Disneyland and Disneysea. Also recommend if traveling with kids. We traveled with kids and having dinning options, a grocery store,"

"Good location and clean although the rooms were small. The crew surprised us with their cold and lack-luster demeanor. They did not even help with bags to the room."

"The hotel was useful being close to the airport. Had good extras included a family mart and drug store. There was also a free shuttle to the aiport which ran hourly and to narita which ran every few hours. Narita is definitely worth seeing if you have time. The gym was basic but serviceable as well as the pool. There was also an onsen which was a nice addition. It cost 1,600 yen to use these facilities. Gym and pool open 2pm until 9.30pm. The sky bar was also very lovely. The hotel room was tidy and the shower powerful. The headboard was dusty and a few hairs found in the bed but otherwise clean. We would stay again for what the hotel offered. "

"This was a great hotel! The check in was fast, shuttle was excellent and the breakfast was sooo good! Make sure you get it! The room was quiet and well laid out, the blackout curtains were excellent and they provided all sorts of toiletries including hair brushes and toothbrushes! I wish we booked here for more days!"

"The hotel is in a great location from tourist spots to great restaurants around Asakusa. It’s near Don Quijote, Uniqlo and surrounded by conbinis. You will surely appreciate the steps away distance from the station, especially after walking the whole day!"

"Pros: The room was excellent for two adults and two teenagers going to DisneySea. The shuttle to the Disney park was very easy to use. On our first day we didn’t pay attention and accidentally got off at the first stop which was Disneyland. We ended up taking the monorail to DisneySea from Disneyland, but the return ride home and the second day was all perfect. The room had an electric foot massager for our sore feet after walking - it was so nice! Don’t hesistate to try it! We used Sagawa for luggage shipping at the hotel - they were cash only so make sure you bring cash and ship it a day ahead of when you need it. Location: right next to the train station, so many options for dinner there, Lawson’s was downstairs, never had to worry about food options. Cons: Laundry was very busy at night and dryers leave your clothes damp. Be prepared to air dry some of your clothes. The welcome lounge with free drinks and candy bar sounded nice, but it felt a little bit like a zoo down there with kids running around like it was a playground. Floors were sticky, cotton candy station was nice but also sticky. We stopped by for a quick drink a couple times in the evening but the scene was not for us. Not a big deal, we were at DisneySea during the day and evenings. Overall an excellent location and hotel for visitors going to Disney!! Lots of families with young children at this hotel. "
