On top of that the rest of the buffet line items were not up to expectations for a resort - tasted bland and lacked flavor. We also went to the tea room where although the setting, view and service were great, we were served sandwiches with something similar to fake American cheese or Kraft single...

"At check-in, there was a foreign staff member whose accent was very difficult to understand, although he was speaking Japanese. The room was clean, and the staff were lovely. The food was also good, although I was sad to see that the usual 3-day rotation of different foods at breakfast time had been eliminated."

"We loved The Palace in Moon Beach in Okinawa! Beautiful, tropical, and right on the beach for our family of 5 to enjoy! We woke up to a beautiful ocean view! Staff were amazing, with detailed checkin and luggage right to our door! Staff even showed us all our room amenities and suggested amazing restaurants nearby! This hotel was magical and we’ll have memories for a lifetime!"

"2泊3日で利用をさせていただきました。飛行機の遅延で、チェックインが遅くなりましたが優しく迎えてくださり、本当に助かりました。ウェルカムドリンクも、さっぱりとした風味で美味しくいただきました。 オーナー様も猫ちゃんも、とても優しく迎えいれてくださり到着した瞬間から、ほっこりした気分でした。 お部屋は夜は星や風の音が心地よく、朝は波の音に癒されまさに自然に癒されたい私たちにはぴったりの施設でした。窓も大きく、天井も高く開放的な雰囲気を味わえるので、のんびり過ごしたい方には最高です。 清楚は行き届いており、どこも綺麗で、快適でした。トイレも最新のものでしたし、お水は軟水でしっとり、バスタブは深めでどこをとっても文句なしの綺麗で清潔感あふれる室内です。コーヒーも美味しくいただきました。 余談ですが、たまに室内からレセプションルームを覗くと猫ちゃんと目が合い、猫好きの私にはこれがたまらなかったです。可愛すぎました。 観光地も巡りやすく、車があればコンビニも5分くらいで行けちゃいますので観光に最適なロケーションです。 素敵な経験をありがとうございました。 "
