"Great hotel near lots of eateries and shopping. Near several trains. Staff was nice and courteous, upgraded to an executive suite and so happy we did, room was larger, comfy bed, great view too. Breakfast was a great start to our day good assortment of food. "

"Stayed for 5 nights at Fraser’s. The location was perfect, stone’s throw away from Namba Station with lots of food and shopping options within walking distance. Appreciate having the washing machine, microwave in the room. Sauna was available by reservation and it was good and private. Breakfast was decent with some nice pastries but could do with more variety. "

"It was great having access to the onsen facility. Would stay there again. Conveniently located to the train station. Dining options within walking distance, and a few options in the hotel aswell."
