"I’m impressed by service of staff. I’d booking Non smoking room which in the room have a smell of cigarette. Hotel staff offer to change the room immediately. Most if staff are friendly and have a service mind to assist you. The location also very convenient. Just above the subway station and can walk to Shinsaibashi shopping street."

"Stayed for 5 nights at Fraser’s. The location was perfect, stone’s throw away from Namba Station with lots of food and shopping options within walking distance. Appreciate having the washing machine, microwave in the room. Sauna was available by reservation and it was good and private.
