"The SPA room is located on ground floor with a very dark area almost without any sun comes into the room all year long. Therefore, the room is quite cold even it's sunny in the daytime of winter. Moreover, the building was not built with concret floor, just yellow tongue, all the steps on the upstairs with kids running around are compeletely and clearly transfered to the downstairs.
