"While this stay lacks in the polished stays of a fancy resort it makes up ten-fold in charm and personality. This was the coziest most wonderful stay we've had on our trip yet and we'll definitely be back. "This establishment was an awesome choice for our Hakone visit, a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. The was great reception and attentiveness of the staff, to unlimited amenities, and spacious room with a private open air bath, all exceeding our expectations. The public bath area was very nice and well worth time spent to include saunas. Additionally, included was an extensive spread for breakfast and dinner - you are sure to walk away satisfied. The food was so fresh and flavorful, I wanted to ask for recipes. The staff was helpful, friendly offering 1st class service. The hotel is minutes away from public transport which help us easily move from one place to another. I have already recommended this hotel to others and I’d surely book again."
