"This was one of the most incredible experiences we had in Japan. The staff and service level are extraordinary. The 8 or 10 course meals at dinner and breakfast were an unbelievable experience. We traveled with young kids with varying degrees of adventurous eating and the staff was able to prepare dishes that were more western (mini sausages, fries, sunny side eggs). This time, really enjoyed the pure stream bath it was very warm and a comfortable place to chat with my husband. The food was delicious and healthy with many flavors and unlimited hokuriku rice! "We found this a very comfortable place to stay in Kanazawa. The location was convenient, especially for the train station. We were able to walk everywhere. The unit was well-equipped and comfortable. We had a little bit of trouble figuring out the washer/dryer (never could figure out how to choose a wash temperature), but aside from that, we had no problems. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen seemed well stocked. "
