"Comfortable beds!"

"This is a great hotel. Clean, nice apartment style rooms with a ktichen, solid gym, washer/dryer. Very nice bar/lounge and breakfast too. Good location across from the mall and easy on/off to Mass Pike."

"I had a late check-in. Front desk staff (noelle) very friendly and helpful. It was an absolute treat to have daily housekeeping! Very few hotels still do that. Liked the decor. All good-if I could change anything, I would add more lighting to the parking lot. I would warn other travelers that the entrance/exit is on a very busy road-stay alert. Also, Expedia lists Verve as having a free breakfast. It is Not free."

"This hotel is in a good location near shops and it has a restaurant inside. The breakfast was the highlight of the stay. The room was dusty and not well cleaned. The toiletries weren’t filled up before our arrival so we ran out. The maid didn’t come till late afternoon, so we were unable to have our room cleaned since we were resting in the room. I mentioned my complaints as I left and the desk staff wrote it down, but she didn’t apologize. While the lobby area and breakfast space were very...

"The saying "you get what you for" applies here. Because the only thing that negated this overnight visit was an odor. Possibly smoke. I then woke up in the morning needing to cough and air out the room, so the distinct smell was less profound. Another observation was the tub. I can tell that it has been used quite a bit. A replacement is likely needed in the near future. Besides these two things no other issues. Semi recent renovation that makes justifies the price."

"Ice machine didn’t work, rooms were run down, beds were so uncomfortable and the place was a dump. Luckily we didn’t have to shower because it was full of mold. Paid $200 to stay there and NEVER AGAIN would I even think about it"

"We had a very brief stay. Our only complaint was that the heat was so high that we had to open the window. We tried lowering the thermostat with minimal results. (i will say that they offered us a room change but it was so late that we declined.)"

"Best bits - Bed was ok. TV worked. Shower was hot. Aircraft n worked. Dunkin Donuts next door so could at least get a coffee. Parking good if you have a car. Not so good - Miles from the town itself, so need to take an Uber to get anywhere, even to get to the station for Boston. Rooms have paper thin walls so you hear everything from adjoining rooms and corridor. The property is very 'tired' and is in need of major spend on renovation throughout."

"no staff at all on site, left my room key in a envelope by the front door. bed was saggy, air conditioner was a window unit in the bathroom so the bedroom was hot. Bed and Breakfast, but all that was offered for breakfast was do it yourself, In your room, oatmeal, but there were no bowls. lawn was overgrown not at all inviting. very wierd and kinda creepy. No horses at the inn at horse farm, might think about renaming"

"I gotta say, whoever thought it was a good idea to have the bathroom doors slide 'over' the opening should be fired - I don't leave the bathroom door open at home but with this door design it might just as well have been opened."
