"You basic, clean and close to beach motel. My husband and I came for a concert on 5/29 that was a mile away. Booked for the weekend."

"Room was very dirty. Rust everywhere. Throw pillows were used for the bed. Mildew/mold in shower. Sink sounded like a freight train. Bar tender was the front desk receptionist- she wasn’t happy about it. Best part of the room seemed to be a newer refrigerator. Breakfast was your choice of fruit loops, Cheerios, blueberry muffins(stale), toast, milk, and coffee. You get what you pay for. lol."

"Great location to board a cruise the following morning. The hotel restaurant was understaffed so it took significantly longer than anticipated but the food was good. The hotel lost water for a few hours and they passed out water bottles while it was being fixed."

"I always stay at Holiday Inn Express. Some are better that others. This one looked like they had bought the hotel out from another company and renovated it. just didn’t have the “feel” of a holiday inn express. Stay was still good, breakfast good as usual. Needed your room card to get ice which was a little odd."

But - It was not a quiet location… it was very affordable, very clean, and the staff were attentive… The only downside is is that there was several locations that had social attractions and many of the hotel rooms are facing the side streets that attract a lively crowd in the evenings. We traveled at the end of April and it was rather busy in the local vicinity. There’s a super convenient, walking distance, shops, restaurants, bars, and grocery store. We stayed the night...

"Really ran down place. Smelled, dirty and bugs inside room. Staff was really helpful but they couldn't makeup for the atrocious hotel."

"Great place to stay if you have a child or like us a grandson playing in tournament at Space Coast Sports Complex. A very quick drive that saved us a lot of time. Hotel was very clean plus a free breakfast with enough to fill you up. The only negative thing was only 1 desk chair so 6 days of sitting on the bed to read, watch tv or be on my IPad. Would definitely stay there again for a tournament."
