"Lovely place to stay in Show Low with super friendly staff, a real homey, family feel and clean, comfortable rooms. The free breakfast was excellent, too. Would definitely stay there again if in the area!"

"Check in time I believe is 3 o’clock. We came in at about 12. They would let us check in early for an extra fee. I just don’t agree with these rules. If the room is available, we should be able to get in it. "

"The room is newly remodeled and was nice. The outside needed blowing to clean up. I called the number and reported no bulb in the outside lite. No Kleenex, only decaffeinated coffee, no sugar, no sweetener, no creamer. The tv needs an IT executive to operate! Outside grounds were poorly kempt. Office looked like a bomb went off. Called the number for the items, never got them. Obvious that some United are rented. Terrible!!!!!!"

"Stayed two nights with young grandkids. Booked the Family room. It worked great for our stay. The grandkids loved the pool. "

"The door had a huge crack on it, there was dead insect on the bed, the check-in guy wasn't too friendly, didn't tell me welcome to Quality inn, or let me know information on what the hotel breakfast. Breakfast was nothing but bagels with jam that was old. They didn't have any hot breakfast, just muffins, bagels. They kept charging my card w/o my approval. Charged me 20 for 2 extra people - even though the room can have guest up to 4 to 5. Unfriendly service. "

"I could not say enough good about this hotel. The staff was super pleasant and helpful, and the room was impeccably clean and updated, much like a hospital!. I would not hesitate to stay here again, and it makes me think Quality Inns are a good choice elsewhere. Thank you!"
