"The property is very nice - clean and upscale. It’s at the end of the main strip, which means it’s a bit of a distance to get to where all the action is.
I found that the housekeeping staff did not pay much attention to the reset of our room each day. They left cleaning products in our room as well as dirty glasses from the night before and stickiness on the tables.
There’s a $55 USD resort fee for each day, which is disappointing considering you don’t really see much from it. There’s nothing that they offer you complementary in your room. Furthermore, everything is overpriced in the mini fridge and so are the snacks. Basically they’re not an option if you’re trying to be more mindful of your spending (especially as Canadian visitors).
Another frustrating moment was when I asked about the drink credit we receive to the front desk staff when checking-in how to redeem it. They informed me all I had to do was charge the drinks to my room and the amount credited would be honored. To my disappointment they did not honor the $25 credit given by Expedia because we had our drinks made at the shared bar in the casino and not at the bar at the Conrad hotel (3 hotels are attached). I found this odd since we specifically asked about how to redeem the credit upon check-in and were not told this, plus we are not staying at that hotel... Should I visit again, I will likely consider another hotel."
