The hotel is very nice, clean hallways, elevators we can’t complain about the rooms plenty of space and comfortable comfortable beds. The only thing we didn’t like was the parking exit, the key room wouldn’t work to exit the parking ramp so we constantly had to call customer services, they do have to make changes about that because it takes a while for customer service to pick up the calls.

The customer service at this hotel was beyond unprofessional . I was locked out of my room and refused to return my items from my room unless I payed fees that I refused to because of double charge of the room. Very rude coming from the manager. One was great and was able after two days to return our stuff to us.

Check in staff was extremely rude and unwelcoming (3 different people). Placed an order for breakfast to be picked up at coffee bar in lobby, order was lost, incredibly overpriced and took over an hour to receive. The barista told me this is a "known issue". Poor signage in parking garage and inaccurate lighting to indicate open and closed parking spots. Room was clean and spacious but I will not be returning to this property due to the rest of the poor experience.

Wish someone had mentioned that there was overnight pre-scheduled construction on the road directly outside of my room. Barely slept and had to call down for earplugs. Sounded like someone was jackhammering directly outside my window. When I looked into it, the construction had been planned and ongoing for months. Will not stay here again out of a sheer lack of car for their guests.
