I appreciate the ease of booking the room, even after a few adjustments prior to the visit. Everything during our stay was great. I appreciate the welcoming demeanor of the staff from the front desk to the room staff. The facilities were clean and comfortable, you can’t go wrong with hot showers and soft beds! We will be back!

The front desk staff was WONDERFUL and very helpful. The room was set up ok but needed a lot of cleaning. There were strange stains all over the curtains and something sticky one of the bedspreads. Dining area was clean and staff very sweet.

Very Comfy Stay

We were in town for a graduation, and enjoyed our stay! The staff was amazing and very accommodating and warm, and the room was nice and clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Cleanliness wasnt the best

It was a large wad of hair on one of the pillows that was in the middle of the pillows on one of the beds. Im not sure how housekeeping missed that unless they didnt change the pillow cases at all. There were also pieces of hair scattered in the bed as well. The room had water damage in the ceiling/wall. The room was old. The air did work and it was comfortable, but the overall cleanliness was subpar. The breakfast was really good and all of the staff were friendly.

Who let the dogs out?

The person working the front desk was distracted and no help when a dog on the fourth floor barked at 5:35 am on Saturday and then again that afternoon. The carpet was dirty and the bathroom fixtures were leaky and rusty. The kitchen staff was very friendly and diligently working during breakfast.

Front desk was nice. Hotel was dirty (mud from guests everywhere). Room smelled bad. Breakfast was terrible. 7am and the coffee was cold. Breakfast foods were jnedible. What a disappointment.

The staff was excellent. The room was the pits. There was no closet in the room. The mattresses were totally broken down one chair and it was broken. The alarm kept going off, but no instructions on how to turn the alarm off so we unplugged it when we checked out, we expressed how unhappy we were and she offered to return our money if she could, but she said it had to go through you so I’m somewhat hopeful. I will be hearing from you about a refund. Thank you.
