"No AC it very hot, not recommended with the locations and price tag over price, very old need to update, bathroom have no trash bin only recycling bin, rated as 5 star I think this hotel is only 3 stars, the only thing is the staff are very polite and nice. Food are expensive and not really good. I have travel around the world and have stay in different hotel. Need to re rate this hotel."

From the welcoming bell boy at the front door to the attentive front desk staff, and even the catering and room service, every aspect of my experience was exceptional. The Regent provides professional and attentive service to its guests. I was also pleasantly surprised that the hotel did not inform me of my birthday during my stay. The Regent was so attentive to send me a balloon bouquet and a cake for my celebration. I was deeply grateful. I would certainly return to the Regent for my first choice. "
