"This hotel was clean and updated. We had rooms on the first floor, which made it nice for my handicap Husband. We arrived midday and the parking lot was almost full. Staff was friendly and helped answer all our questions. Café across the street was nice for a snack and it was also the free breakfast in the morning. Only a couple blocks to the entrance of Pompeii, so totally walkable. Yes I would stay here again."

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to warn future travelers. The room I was assigned looked nothing like the photos advertised. It was old, shabby, and in poor condition. I found visible cobwebs, mold, and an old blanket that looked more like a moving blanket than hotel bedding. The room felt neglected and was far below the standard I expected based on the listing. When I questioned the room assignment, I was told I had actually been "upgraded" to a first-floor room so I...

"Schimmelranden in de douche. Douche te krap en deur niet goed te openen/sluiten. Toilet defect, ik moest zelf het spoelen stoppen door het paneel er af te halen. Maar het belangrijkste: de airco deed het niet. Het was bloedheet binnen. Kamer 10. Nooit meer."
