"What a glorious spot amongst the vines, comfortable well equipped dome, shame the weather didn’t play along so we could use the outdoor fire. The included wine tasting is one of the best we have done, the wines are beautiful and it’s an unpretentious setting. recommend booking the food hamper. What a great idea to give a voucher to use towards the cost of breakfast at local cafes, we visited the Cabin in Exeter and in Moon Lilly in Beaconsfield, both lovely. "The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and well appointed. All the staff, from reception, restaurant and bar staff and cleaners were all very friendly and helpful. The Grain restaurant is a standout, bettering most of the top tier restaurants in Launceston for quality, innovation and value. All in all, Peppers Silo is a hotel I would highly recommend and definitely will be our go to hotel in Launceston."
