The staff was especially very helpful. The room not so pleasing... Needs to be painted. The pictures had been taken off the wall & it was awful looking & quite ugly! Bathroom sink had no plunger-type plug so had to be extra careful so that nothing would fall fown the drain, like the cap to my toothpaste tube. It would have been nice to have a softy rug on both sides of the bed. The drawers in the TV/ microwave/ fridge cabinet were extremely sticky & inside the drawers were dirty.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke. The bed was hard as a rock. No elevator had to carry everything upstairs. Plaster from the walls on the floor. I won’t be staying here again. A side note, the staff are very friendly

The property itself really needs some updating and TLC. Staff and manager both doing what they can to keep it up to par but motel is very much dated. Manger was very nice when our reservation was incorrect. Cleaning staff was very polite and accommodating. Breakfast was on the very cheap side, but it is a motel so expected. I did not like the fact that you didn’t need your key to enter the property. Exterior doors did not lock.

My guest and I stayed over this past weekend for a wedding nearby. I liked that there was a front staff employee that was accomodating when I asked that my guest and I check in to our room separately as we were arriving at different times. Otherwise we were not fans of our entire experience. I ended up not being able to check in as their lobby closes after 8 pm and there was no staff to be found. I ended up needing to wait for my other guest to come let me in for the night. The hallways smell and there is no insulation between the door and the trim so a lot of light and noise are let into the room. The top sheets had really visible staining on them and our floor was filthy, with a lot of dust and dirt everywhere. I understand that you get what you pay for when you get a cheaper hotel but I was hoping for better as the last times I have used Super 8 I have been pleasantly surprised by the quality and service. Just overall really disappointed as our experience cut into our ability to get some sleep and do what we needed to do while visiting.

Disgusting

Our reservation was for one night. We were traveling for the hokiday and did not arrive until 2am. The check in was easy and the gentleman at the front desk was nice. The stairway up to the 2nd floor and the hallway was dirty. Once entering our room and turing on the light, it did not smell clean. The bathroom was filthy, with feces on the toliet, grime and hair in the sink and tub. After driving 20hrs and with it being so late, we stayed and slept in our clothes. When talking to the front desk clerk later that morning, he told us he would let management know but could do nothing since we reserved the room online.

I arrived to check in at 4:45 pm. There was no one at the front desk. I waited a few minutes. I called the front desk. I ended up calling the front desk 8 times. No one ever answered. I called the 1-800 and spoke to reservations. They tried calling twice. No answer. Finally someone came to the front desk around 5:10 and checked me in. He said he was busy.
