"Queríamos um quarto diferente com varanda, e fiquei totalmente insatisfeito, pois pagamos mais caro para ter esse acesso e nem sequer fizeram uma limpesa, estava muito sujo, com muita areia e lodo, você percebia que a muito tempo não era limpo, no quarto não possuía uma vassoura para eu até tentar ..."
