"This is a typical nice hotel that you would find in Mexico: simple room, hot shower, tile floor. Very clean with its restaurant. It has a swimming pool, but we didn’t try it. Views from our room were super nice! Only thing is that it is not handicap accessible since there are no elevators. Anyway, the city of Xilitla is not handicap accessible at all. If you have problems walking uphill and downhill, this town is not for you. It is half a mile from downtown, so it is walkable if you don’t have...

"I can’t say enough about this place. The place was clean and comfortable. There was hot water. The staff was extremely friendly and so helpful. Teresa and Mario were the best. I came across an issue with my pets and was out of options and Teresa went above and beyond to help. Superb customer service. Mario was so helpful in moving our car and getting stuff for us. I will not go anywhere else. Definitely recommend. Everything is walking distance. Everything is around. Thank you to all hotel staff"
