"5 star views!!! I must admit the views were incredible, worthy of their 5 star status. The rooms were spacious that came with all the necessary toiletries. "The service (Stephanie and others) was outstanding! They made us feel welcome from the moments we walked in the door. The welcome glass of cava was a lovely surprise. We sat on the rooftop terrace one afternoon and felt quite spoiled when the delivered wine to us even though we were quite happy to carry it ourselves. We felt quite spoiled! The room was clean and lovely and the bed and pillows were extremely comfy. We will definitely return next year. A wonderful time in Altea! "

"3rd trip to the Serawa. Excellent small hotel with amazing staff. Joanna on reception is an asset to any business and is very very helpful. And Vania and Carmen made every breakfast fun and friendly. All of the guys in the kitchen help make what I can only say is my favourite breakfast. The gardeners are also very friendly and have done a fantastic job. The pool area does need some attention. New sunloungers and a bit of money spent on the poolside itself"

However, a little update is needed, such as soundproofing, and the door room must be quiet, and the housekeeping personnel should be quieter at the time of their cleaning the room. "Great setting, lovely hotel, lovely pools & the included entry into the two theme parks was excellent. It was a busy weekend & feel the staff were overwhelmed at times, also apart from one or two members of staff, the rest of the staff always looked after, served etc etc the Spanish guests first & foremost, which was frustrating as we are Scottish but after living in Spain for 21 years & speaking Spanish was very frustrating.
