"Security deposit was extra … was not mentioned until checkin…. Sometimes diner staff attitudes were not that great I even apologized for my getting and paying for breakfast without a voucher and told the girl at the desk in the restaurant I was sorry for the inconvenience ….the air conditioning unit was not working in my room …. The room temperature said 27.5 and when I turned the unit on for air it just about froze me out… my travelling from now on will not be at a Holiday Inn"

"Front desk staff are doing an exemplary job. We had a concern about neighbours when we first got to our room and contacted the front desk and they immediately set us up in a new room. We stayed at this location twice on our holiday on two separate dates and both times the front desk allowed us to check in early.
The amenities are great as the pool and hot tub are well kept and open 24 hours. The service at the freeport lounge is great considering how busy this bartender is. Also the food is very...

"The property is a bit outdated, a carpet clean would do wonders!!!. The staff are wonderful and helpful. Our bed was comfortable, we were happy to have a bathtub also. Fridge and microwave were a bonus. TV worked great. Location worked good for us, half way between the airport and a venue we were going to. Mcdonalds, tims and A&W down the street. No complaints!! Great price."

"Pleasantly surprised by this hotel it was a little bit further from the airport than you would think but there was a shuttle that ran once an hour the hotel had a pool but the sauna did not work it also had a restaurant which had surprisingly good food we ate there for dinner and was very happy with the food I would definitely recommend staying here"
