"Very clean hotel. Great staff. Safe location & quiet outside hotel.The free breakfast was good for being free and I ate both days I was there. I have skipped breakfast at other hotels due to the airline like food quality. My minor complaints are the ice machine was broken on 2nd floor, The rooms above my room sounded like the bathroom doors were on rollers, because I heard the door opening and closing until the people went to sleep."

"Very nice and large room with kitchen amenities. Quiet area and close to Old Clovis downtown. Helpful and pleasant staff. Will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Clovis."

However, when we went to the front desk at night to ask a few questions, the receptionist answered them, but we felt that she seemed somewhat uninterested and not very welcoming. A friendlier and more attentive attitude would have made our experience even better."

"My expectations were high because this is a relatively new hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the lobby was clean and smelled pleasant. The room itself looked nice at first glance; however, cleanliness became a concern. The pillows had an unpleasant odor, one pillow had hair on it, and the top sheet had visible dirt on the right side of the bed. I appreciate that the front desk staff responded promptly and kindly replaced the pillowcases and bed sheets. Unfortunately, the odor...
