"We received a warm welcome from the reception once we arrived, and the check-in went fluently. The facilities are clean and well-maintained. The cable-train is right in front of the hotel, which makes it super convenient especially when you finished your day in Cran Montana skiing. The breakfast is simple but nicely prepared, not to mention the Italian coffee. Overall very pleasant and chill experience, and very grateful for the help from the owner. :D"

"We loved everything about this property! The views are absolutely stunning! Our room was gorgeous with the most comfortable beds and linens. The service was exceptional! They made arrangements for a private transfer from Chamonix for us and also gave us a ride into Crans Montana to go to the golf course. We had dinner at the hotel and it was delicious! We highly recommend this hotel! Wish we could have stayed longer!"
