Rooms were nice and clean. Cozy Cottage is a very nice and quaint place to stay. I would most definitely recommend it for others. They had a nice wagon for the beach to take our beach chairs, umbrella, etc. They even furnished a small cooler for us. May need a new umbrella though. We were just a couples minutes walk to the beach. Easy walk to Siesta Village.

We had a very pleasant experience working with Siesta Key Island Rentals. Communication was smooth and professional from start to finish, making the entire booking process easy and stress-free. The unit itself was perfect—clean, comfortable, and ideally located. We were able to walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops without ever needing a car. Would definitely rent with them again and highly recommend to anyone visiting Siesta Key!

The Mermaid was perfect for us; clean, well equipped, great location to Siesta Key Beach (4-5 minute walk), heated pool, they supply beach chairs - umbrella - beach towels - wagon. It had everything you need. The Siesta Key Island Rental team were outstanding to deal with, from start to finish their communication was perfect. We will be back!

A nice place near a wonderful beach. Management was very kind to allow us to move in several hours before official check in time. They also provided plenty of beach equipment and a little library. There was only one small thing that was not OK: the washing machine in the garage was leaking all time while we lived there and nobody was going to fix it, however the stream never reached the rooms.

As I booked this trip through Expedia I was at first a little confused/misled at what Siesta Key Island Rentals was. Let me be clear in saying that these are not condo rentals or a hotel, these are not all located in the same area nor do they all have the same amenities! With that said the rental we chose was called “the yellow cabin”. And I can say it was worth every penny. We traveled by plane for this vacay which limited what we were able to bring. I was a little worried about missing out on the beach fun or spending a gazillion dollars on things we would essentially have to leave behind. When I tell you this place supplied everything, I mean it! A beach wagon, umbrella, cooler, beach chairs, sand toys, rafts, boogie boards… there was nothing I wanted for during our time on the beach! The location was quiet and while not on the beach it was a short 200ft walk to the sand! The cottage was adorable, and perfect for our family of 4. Walking distance to a mom and pop grocery store and multiple stores/restaurants while still feeling like we were staying in a quiet little neighborhood. From the owner to the property managers, to the maintenance men, everyone we dealt with was polite and accommodating! Can’t wait to stay again! Thank you!
