喧騒の中に立つホテル

セレンディビーチのカジノだらけの中にあるホテル。数年前までは静かだったのかもしれないが、現在は周辺いたるところがビル工事中。ホテルそのものもプールをつぶし改修工事中。エレベータは使えず３階まで毎日階段で上り下り。工事は早朝から夕方までと思いきや、夜中も近くの部屋で工事をする騒音。朝食も隣の建物まで工事現場の中を歩いて行き、工事を見ながらの朝食。こんな状態で客をとるか！静かなリゾート地をイメージする人は、セレンディビーチ地区に当面とまってはならない。なお、セレンディビーチそのものも工事中で海の家は撤去されてない。

Under renovering

Helt okej boende med relativt stora rum. Dock är hela hotellområdet under ombyggnation och därför finns det inga solstolar och ingen restaurang som utlovades. Går nog att hitta bättre hotell i området för samma pris.

Take advice from reviews- Don't do it

The photos of this hotel on-line gave a very different portrayal of the hotel and were not realistic. The photos have been brushed to make it look more clean and appealing and they leave the photos off of the unappealing reception area and views from the rooms, which are looking out onto building areas and rubble. The building could be mistaken for an office block. The rooms are like concrete prison cells and a discustingley dirty. I thought the room had not been cleaned since the last guests had left. The room smelt damp and there was no ventilation in the bathroom/room. The floor mat to the bathroom was filthy and looked like it had not been changed... ever!! The breakfast was Chinese buffet and they charged extra for omelette. Plants on the landing had cigarettes stubbed out in them and this was not picked up in, again looked like this had been there for a long time and staff could not be bothered to tidy. There were also dead flies and a dragon fly on the windowsills which appeared to have been there for ages. The only positive was leaving the hotel early.

安い部屋は要注意

スーペリアルームという安いカテゴリーの部屋を利用したからなのか解からないが、利用階は1階の右側の部屋で、カードキーの部屋だが、6回以上かざさないと絶対に開かないので中々部屋に入れない。ルームチェンジを頼んでも部屋が無いとの事でダメ。バスタブ無しでレインシャワーは錆びてるし、バスルームはカビだらけ。バルコニー無し、サッシ正面は壁で部屋内は暗く、隣の隣は調理室で、常に豚の油の匂いで臭い。部屋でのwifiインターネットは今回は利用できたのが確認できたので部屋を変えての利用価値はあるが。このカテゴリーの部屋は二度と利用しない。

Je déconseille. Espace entre les portes et fenetres. Pas de finition. L acceuil pas chaleureux. Les gens qui hurle dans les couloirs et personnes ne dit rien...un wifi pouris. Bref passer votre chemin

CLOSE TO ACTION AND BARS. SPACIOUS JUNIOR SUITE. VISIT THE MARKET IN TOWN $ 2.-3 USD TAXI. GOOD CHEAP SHOPPING AND FOOD EXCELLENT AT MARKET. Look for pancake/CREPE making guy near Beachroad Hotel. Delicious $ 1.5-2 AUD.

Отель живет старыми заслугами

Отель живет старыми заслугами. Все пошарпано. Фото на сайте не соответствуют. Вокруг бассейна возведена стройка на три этажа - расстраивается соседнее казино. К счастью, работы во время нашего проживания не велись. Но, бассейн холодный, поскольку солнце в этот каменный мешок не попадает совсем. Отель продан китайцам и называется сейчас по-другому - Thaiyang Chhen Hotel. В бич-клаб на Отрес, как раньше, больше не возят. Завтрак, надо отметить, нормальный, нам понравилось - супчик, яйца, кофе, фрукты. Администраторы на ресепшене (не все) не знают, что с постояльцами принято здороваться и отвечать на приветствия. На НГ был овербукинг, Заселили сначала в адский номер G15. Отказывайтесь от него сразу. С одной стороны - бассейн и ресторан, причем посетители бассейна будут глазеть прямо в ваши окна, с другой - кухня и место тусовки горничных (которые в 7 часов утра собираются и начинают орать, обсуждая свои проблемы). Ну, и, естественно, все постояльцы будут по утрам топать мимо вашей двери. Пришлось после первой ночи пойти поскандалить и номер поменяли. Только за это поставил нормальные оценки. По поводу размещения отеля. До пирса минут 10-15 медленным шагом, но, тротуары в Сиануке в нашем понимании отсутствуют и идти придется, в-основном, по дороге, обходя припаркованные машины и кучи мусора. Мусор там везде. Резюме. К сожалению, выбора не было, если будете не в пиковый сезон - выбирайте другой отель.

Nach chinesischer Uebernahme nichts mehr!

Hotel baut Casino in ehemaligen Garten. Es bleibt nur der Pool mit 4 Liegen. Fotos alle überholt. Hotel besser den chinesischen Spielern ueberlassen. Leider geratet die ganze Stadt in ein China Macao 2!

Hemsk hotell upplevelse i Kambodja.

Hade bokat åtta nätter.Bokade aldrig in efter att studerat hotellet som är en byggarbetsplats både inne i rummen och ute.Fruktansvärt på alla sätt.Inget i beskrivningen stämmer överhuvudtaget.Gick inte att köpa kaffe eller öl.Personalen låg i fåtöljer och tittade i sina mobiler.Dom hänvisade till att det var kinesiska ägare.Smutsigt överallt och inte minst alla toaletter på hela anläggningen.Fanns två solstolar och byggnadsställningar överallt.Vi träffade två brittiska par som också checkade ut från hotellet.Mitt direkta råd är att ni omedelbart plockar bort detta hotell.Annars riskerar ni era kunder.I vårt fall förstörde det en vecka av semestern då vi fick hoppa runt på olika hotell som vi hittade.Det var mycket bokat pga.nyår.

Nice hotel but new casino being built around it...

They are building yet another casino next to and around the swimming pool. That is sad as it drag down the whole hotel experience

wifiのコンディションだけが残念だが、それ以外は全て満足。

オフシーズンの為か、利用客は少なめだった。その性かバスタブのお湯もシャワーの湯温も申し分ない程良かった。ただ、お湯になるまで５分くらいかかったが、皆が利用してると思われる時間帯ではそんなにかからなかった。部屋内は白を基調としたな清潔感のある部屋で、照明類もお洒落。ただ、最大の難点はワイファイが良く切れるし、切れたら二度とつながらない。友人のホテルも全くつながらなかったとの事で、ホテル側ではなくサーバー側のトラブルだったかのようであった。５日間中３日使えなかった。次回もこのホテルを利用して、その真相を確かめたいと思う。この事以外は立地の良さ、部屋の広さ、お湯の温度とバスタブ及び、バルコニー付き、使えた時のwifiの速度の速さなど、とても良いホテルだと思う。

Sorry to say but I stayed in this hotel for 6th time, but it was very disappointing now. It seems that there is a new Chinese owner and everything is changed a lot. By arrival they couldn't find at first my booking. In my room was no chair. All around the hotel and the swimming pool was a big fence. no possibility anymore to sit around the swimming pool. Swimming pool closed for several days for cleaning. Elevator out of order for 2 days. Cleaning of the rooms in 2 minutes. At breakfast only water or coffee and sometimes no bread and one time the bread was black of mold and still there for to eat. When I told the staff he looked at me and didn't understand that european people doesn't eat bread that is completely black. How is it possible that you can put the bread on the table. So staff incompetent for restaurant. I had booked 6 nights for September already not knowing the situation at this moment. I don't like it that the customer is not informed about the situation and that i still have to pay same price. In the hotel is now a lot more noise because of Chinese customers with children
