"Ask for the driver who will get you to and from the property. Our UBER driver got lost when we were coming from the airport. However, the front desk staff recommended making arrangements with Lorenzo to take us to the airport. He was efficient, helpful, and cost less. The rooms are simple and fresh. The grounds were beautiful and good for a morning or sunset walk. It is located outside of the community so plan to either order in (deliveroo app) or go out for dinner. "Loved the hotel, was a great location and easy to get to. Rooms were fantastic and staff couldn’t do enough for you. The only hiccup I would say is the air con was switched off meaning the rooms were too hot and stuffy. I complained but I have since learned that Italian hotels switch off their air conditioning in November because of seasonal heating and cooling regulations. They did provide a fan in the end as it was a particularly warm even in November. The other issue was a beautiful roof...

"Great location. Would definitely stay here again."

"Room is very clean. Staffs are very helpful. The shuttle service is excellent. They even drive us to and from the bus stop free of charge. The breakfast is good."

"Clean room. Friendly, nice staff. Buffet breakfast available."

"It was a modern hotel for the area, but there was no air conditioning in the room. It is at least a 20 minute city bus ride from Venice. I also could not see Venice from the hotel like other reviews. Not sure how that would be possible. The staff spoke English and did provide information needed for the area. It was very cleaned compared to other hotels in the area. The beds were clean a bit hard but we slept well."

"Everything is great. Bus stop at the front, gets you to Treviso city center"

"The room was a nice size, clean and modern. The staff was helpful and gave us directions to get to Venice and we were able to buy the bus tickets directly at the front desk. The area was quiet with a few places to eat just a few minutes walk up the street. We had the breakfast buffet and were very happy with selection and the price. They also had a taxi shuttle to the airport which was very convenient and a reasonable rate."

"従業員の対応、施設の状況、朝食と全てにおいて素晴らしいホテルでした。"

"Satisfied"

"Près de l'aéroport. Service impeccable"

"Really helpful staff, one of the few hotels that the room matched the photos. Very convenient location to rail station to Venice, and lots of restaurants and grocery"
