"Checked in for two rooms two nights, later at evening, another customer try to open one of the room, talked with staff but they insist we did not pay for that room, try to ask us pay again for the same room we are in. This thing happened again in the next day with the same issue. We end up with the four key in one of the room for the two nights stays."
