"The staff doesn’t take initiative. But, if you have a question they’ll be willing to help. The area is fantastic. You are exactly where you should be for easy access to the rest of the country. But the property itself I was so disappointed for the price point. It just felt seedy and unclean. They need to take out all of those decorations and fabric things that hold smell and dirt and just focus on cleanliness. There were stains on wall that look like blood throughout the room and the fabric they use in the shower looks like it has mold. And you can tell the difference between the design and the mold. So I was very uncomfortable. And there was a bad smell throughout the hall on my floor. "
"This hotel pleasantly surprised us due to its location - we first thought it is far from the center of Brussel compared to other hotels around the palace. It is only 5 minutes walk from to palace and is right on the side of the central trains station, which makes a short day trip such as to Gent very easy. The staff is very helpful and nice and breakfast is of high quality too."
"Room cleaning is very random, during 4 nights stay I only got room clean once, and the last day stay I put on dnd and room cleaner slamming on the door at 9am asking if room clean is needed
There’s no such bad room cleaning service I have ever been through"
"really nice hotel, cozy room with enough space. Clean toilet and bathroom. Not very sound proof though, can hear clearly what neighbors are busying with. "
"Very large, high rise hotel next to Rogier Metro station, main shopping street, and 5 minute walk from Brussel-Nord train station. Rooms are on the small side, but well maintained with a friendly and helpful staff. Lots of business travelers. Walkable to city center through the shopping district but have a metro card is a real advantage. Train to and from the airport is the best option."
