"Overall, the size of the apartment was adequate. The issue we had is that there was a leak in one of the bedrooms. Maintenance arrived and was unable to solve the leak, so they just put a bucket underneath it. After calling the support line, they were unable to relocate us to another apartment. Therefore, we had to go cash out-of-pocket to find a separate hotel room. We are still awaiting feedback from the property on a refund after alerting them of this issue six days ago. "There was hair in the bed, the upholstered chairs were blackened from dirt, and the walls and floor were very dirty. I did not feel comfortable staying there, so I left and found a hotel downtown. I have not been refunded."
