"Good security around hotel. Hotel is next to a small park. Very clean grounds. Room was recently renovated. Very clean. Great bed per usual for Hampton brand. Great breakfasts spread. All around great stay for work activities."

"renovation was loud"

"Front office needs new staff who know how to interact with the public. When speaking with the manager they were bypassing the fact that their employee should not be escalating a situation by responding with smart remarks and belittling their guest. "Staff was friendly. It smelled and looked brand-new. My room was spacious and clean. Convenient location. I will definitely stay here again in the future."

"Taylor was very helpful with my husband, who is handicapped."

"What an exceptional find. This motor lodge seems to have under gone a major renovation and remains well maintained - a perfect and affordable stay near the Ventura pier and downtown area. And parking is designed so that you car is right by your door."

There were, however, Keurig machines in the room that helped us start our day. The front desk was exceedingly helpful, and both willing and happy to provide assistance when asked. The service made this stay standout. I would stay again."

"Clean property Nice employee Breakfast was a plus Rooms nice w/kitchen Golf course view from some rooms Location to santa barbara and solving was good for us"

"The room was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The staff was also helpful when we needed additional towels. Our only concern was the elevator felt very shaky and was far from the front entrance."

"Clean"

"I would have liked some type of workout space. The air conditioner was slow getting my room cooled off and was a little noisy."

"Walk to the beach in 2 minutes Decent food and mellow vibe with outdoor seating Clean rooms"

"Internet was down, tv stopped working (froze). I was told AT&T and Spectrum were down. I realize that is not the hotels fault, but maybe they could throw you a bone when something like that happens. Refund parking fee, give extra membership points, anything to satisfy customer. Breakfast was good."
