"We have stayed here many times and they have all been good. This time it looks like they gave us the worst room. I’m wondering if it’s because a conference was going on. The furniture had most definitely seen better days, the shower dripped and front door staff were we’re really friendly This may have been the last. time we will stay here"

"The walls are an ugly, glossy, dirty cream colour. The room feels cold and hard because of the dented metal and poorly painted cabinets. It feels cheap and unwelcoming, like they made a bedroom inspired by your high-school locker. The door handle was broken and there was no additional lock so it didn't feel safe. "Clean and perfectly located to all the places we like to attend. Shower in the room could use an upgrade. Rainfall shower head with little pressure. Free coffee and tea. Nice place to stay and will again."

"Hotel was wonderful! Welcoming, interesting with so much to look at, quick elevators, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The pool and hot tub was a huge hit for us and it was pristine! The only thing I wished for was a store available where we could buy drinks and snacks, like chocolate, popcorn and chips for later night cravings. Otherwise, we had an amazing stay! "
