Beaucoup d’inclusion tel qu’un excellent petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de variété, une piscine, spa et glissades d’eau, gym et beaucoup de place de stationnement. -chambre très spacieuse, très propre et très complète avec cuisinière, four micro onde, lave vaisselle et gros frigidaire ainsi que la vaisselle. Lit super confortable. Très belle vue du sixième étage. "

"The staff were very friendly, check in was great however my room was in dire need of renovations. Evidence of water damage everywhere in the room, walls and ceilings discoloured, bubbled and paint damaged. The tub was rust stained and missing tiles, the loose tub stopper on the side of the tub was black. No seals on the door, you could see light through to the hallway and my door latch had a hole in it on the outside. The smoke alarm was hanging by its wires. I would never return."

"I would not call it a good experience at all. Even when I reached the property at 5 pm, I had to wait for 15-20 minutes because housekeeping was still working. Finally, when i went in room, the receptionist called me because they forget to took the payment from me. When I paid and try to get back to the room, the door was not opening because something in lock was broken. In short, my one and half hour was wasted due to all this when I had to check out early in morning at 7 am. My problem here...

"Hotel was fine and very clean. no issues with staff as they were really friendly. only issue was when we were leaving our hotel room to head home the next day, a junky on drugs got into the hotel and was hanging around the 2nd floor running into walls. They may of got rid of security so it doesn’t make it as safe as it was when I came to this said hotel in 2024. (Due to tent city being not far from hotel) I won’t be coming back to this hotel next time I stay in Sudbury because my child’s safety...

"Perfect stay. So clean and quiet. Most comfortable bed and hotel room I've stayed in. Great breakfast and wonderful friendly service. Will stay here whenever I travel to Sudbury from now on."

"Holes in sheets, dirty towels, bathtub didn’t drain,! Hair on a pillow and a fingernail on the floor! Hard to believe all of this, but all truthful. Room.#215. When mentioned to front clerk was told there were three new cleaning staff that he would speak to. Reassured we would get 10% off on our next stay there will definitely another!"
