"I was booked at this property, and the day before my flight, the hotel called to inform me that I could not check in. They booked me into a lesser hotel for the same price. I was panicking and scrambling to find a hotel just before my flight to Ontario. They assured me that they would credit the amount back to me upon cancelling the booking. "Parking was perfect, parked right infront of our door. Very clean updated rooms. Beds were very comfortable with extra sheets. Fridge and microwave! Outdoor private patio access with chairs. "The only concern was the sounds on the tub floor. When taking a shower and moving, it sounded like a installation issue. Otherwise everything was great! "

"The waterslide was working which was a hit with the kids. The hallways were noisy as the room doors are not properly sealed so all the hall noise leaks into the rooms. Otherwise a clean hotel and the beds are comfortable. "
