"I would highly recommend this place. It is near the heart of activity in the historic area. This gives you easy access to not only the Cathedral of Saint Agatha and other nearby landmarks, but also great restaurants and bistros. The streets are a little rough but I always felt safe. The elevator became a little comical with guests forgetting to shut both sets of doors upon exiting. We heard people on floor 2 discussing whether to intentionally leave the doors open. "Staff writer as great and responsive. Snacks and coffee were available and good. Air conditioner was very loud and made it difficult to sleep. It also was not consistently cooling. Room was on the third floor and the elevator was not working making it uncomfortable to go up with the luggage. "Great central location on quiet street. Entry was complicated with 2 lockbox key sets & e locked doors (no staff on site). Big problem was the sewer gas smell coming from bathroom drains along with loud gurgling drainage when i (or others on that sewer stack) showered or flushed. No P-traps in the building I guess.
