"합리적인 가격에 새건물인듯 보이는 컨디션 굳 다 깨끗하고 좋은 편입니다. 다만 화장실 샤워기가 상태가 조금 안 좋아서, 물이 질질 새니 주변에 조금 곰팡이가 슬었어요. 이정돈 청소 한방에 해결 될 것이고, 목포 근현대 골목과 가까우니 저렴한 가격에 숙박 추천합니다."
