"Upon arrival we were meet with a friendly and helpful staff. The room wad clean and orderly. It was ready for our stay. We had breakfast at the Cafe near the lobby and the food was delicious and the service was the best that I have experienced. The waitress was friendly and helped us navigate the menu. She ensured yhat we were happy with our food and came by for drink refills without our asking. This will be my stop everytime that I return to Greenboro. "

"Nastiest worst faster place I ever stayed . The tv was broke off wall and door wouldn’t lock but worst part was the roaches and go there?bed bugs made my whole body itch . The night staff wouldn’t change my room and morning staff wouldn’t give me refund and this sorry excuse app for booking wouldn’t return my 28.00$ key cash that was used"

"The rooms are not updated and walls are very thin so you can hear people next door talking. Breakfast was not too bad but very slow service. "

We loved how you needed the room key to activate the elevators and get to your floor it made us feel very safe. It was quiet aside from the construction across the street. Everything was very clean and smelled fresh not like cleaning products. "

"It had bugs the covers were all burnt up and the little the barley worked. Really bad experience to the point my kids rather sleep in the car😩 We ate our dinner in the car and we were out of there by 4am. I do not recommend unless you are a crackhead or something"
