"I was underwhelmed with this hotel. It is under construction right now, so the lobby layout is confusing and feels very cramped. Our room layout was fine and it was clean, but the bathroom was the smallest I have ever seen. The bathroom door was a pocket door that did not go all the way to ground, thus providing very little privacy. The location is great, but this was billed as one of the nicest hotels in Portland and overall felt very mid-range. "

"There was a human in the breakfast food area who ‘smelled of urine’. His hygiene was appalling. We could smell this person across the other side of a large dining area. His speech was rambling. He was touching items (food) in the food serving area. The food, now contaminated was not removed. Security followed this person around but did nothing. This human should not have been in the area where food was made available for paying guests. "
