Search Houseboats in Simpelveld

Nice bungalow with good outdoor spaces, but with a few issues - some strange lighting arrangements where you have to plug a cable in to turn on a light, and the bedrooms are tiny, with a very noisy/squeaky bunk bed in one of them Decent shower, and kitchen seems well equipped. We were not told that soap and toiletries are not provided, but the host was very communicative and helpful, and dropped some off for us anyway.

Chose this hotel for its location. Was definitely not disappointed. Easy access to main roads which led to Maastricht, Aachen, Roermond and Valkenburg. Liked the fact that there were plenty fast food outlets next to the hotel for quick snacks at all times. The hotel itself was excellent. Reception staff extremely helpful and very friendly. Housekeeping staff were also very friendly. Breakfasts wer of a reasonably high standard and buffet was always well topped up. Will definitely use use this...

Great hotel large but well run. Stayed here en route to Germany. Had a great splash in the pool before searching for kid friendly food in the local area. There is an Ikea in the retail park opposite that served a great cheap breakfast. We used the pool and this was nice to relax in after the long journey. Set of the next next thoroughly refreshed. Nice modern updated room. Easy access to the pool for the kids.

The whole feel of the hotel was amazing, lovely picturesque location.

Lovely hotel with family room that worked well for our family of four for our Christmas markets visit. Great buffet breakfast too!

Enjoyed a two night stay with my family. We were really impressed by the standard of the rooms and the service offered from the staff. I have to say it was really good value too, especially the breakfast which was excellent both in terms of choice and quality.

This was the perfect start to our road trip - the hotel was convenient and the below ground parking was a major plus. The reception feels large and airy and the staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean, comfortable and modern and there are great views from the rooftop terrace bar. It's only a short walk into the town, where there are plenty of options for eating and drinking. On reflection, Aachen really was a great kick-off point for our road trip. I'll be back!

Everything was good, staff , clean rooms , beautiful area and very close to Carolus Thermen.

Handily located between the railway station and city centre with lots of places to eat within 5 minutes walk. Friendly staff, spotlessly clean, nicely designed bar area. Good WiFi, comfy bed with loads of pillows and effective blackout curtains. Shower is good but awkward to use if you want to keep your hair dry. Would happily stay here again

Very easy self check-in. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. Customer service is available by phone and was very friendly and helpful. Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay.

great

I stayed for only one night. The check-in was easy (after the car park barrier was raised - you need to go to reception for that). Breakfast was acceptable. Very clean, friendly and helpful staff.

Superior room comfort, amazing hosts and the best breakfast ever.

No a scenic view. Mainly pedestrianised area outside.
